SERATO ITCH 1.0.5 NOW AVAILABLE FOR NS7
Update includes firmware update for NS7
Numark announces that the latest version of Serato ITCH DJ software is now available for free as a link from its web sites, numark.com and ns7controller.com. Version 1.0.5 is a free update to Itch that includes a firmware update for users of the system’s flagship Numark NS7 Controller.
Highlights of the new version include new Equalizer settings that offer a 12dB option for more extreme cuts and a new mixer setting that gives DJs the ability to disconnect the crossfader. This setting gives DJs the option to use channel fading and frequency mixing techniques, and the new EQ settings perfectly complement this style of mixing.
Numark and Serato have developed proprietary technology to increase reliability and speed of communication between the Numark NS7 control hardware and the Serato ITCH software. NS7 employs kernel-level audio drivers to deliver the tightest performance possible. NS7 also supports ASIO and Core Audio drivers, so audio and MIDI from multiple software applications and audio sources can be passed through the NS7 hardware.
