NUMARK EXCLUSIVE SPONSOR OF 2007 DMC NUMARK FRENCH DJ CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL
The 2007 DMC French DJ Championship was held on Saturday, September 15 2007 at the new LC Club and Numark was everywhere at the event.
The LC Club is the largest club in the western part of France, and has a capacity of more than 2500 and is probably one of the most beautiful clubs in France.
The DMC DJ championship is now in its 21st year and has crowned some of the best French turntablists including Dee Nasty (member of the Zulu Nation), Jimmy Jay (DJ and Producer of Rap star MC Solaar), Crazy B (DJ and Producer of Alliance Etnik) and of course, 2006 DMC World Champion DJ Netik.
The 2007 competition was divided in three battles:
- Battle for World Supremacy (head to head battle 2 x 90s)
- Team Battle (teams of two to four DJs)
- Individual
This year, DJs Netik and Troubl' chose not to enter in Supremacy and Individual so the gates were opened for new talents to emerge, and some new DJs definitely rose to the challenge.
