NUMARK SPONSORS 2-DAY COUPE DE PARIS 2007
Originated in the 1980s by Dee Nasty , the Paris Cup had been all but forgotten, until Numark stepped in and rejuvenated the event in 2007. DJ Day was born, and what a day it was.
A workshop hosted by Dee Nasty himself and D’Jill (AKD Mix) saw more than a thousand DJs trying the TTX, the DXM Pro, the FX5000 coupled with Virtual Vinyl.
The competition was presented by Sly the Mike Buddah from Saian Supa Crew and the winner was Mr Viktor.
Mr Viktor has been on the scene for four years since the age of 15, and has always placed in most competition , but his was his first major win.
Afterwards Numark had a showcase from 2006 French team champion Scratch Science and 2006 World DMC Champion J Netik, followed by an incredible performance by USA and World Champion DJ Cash Money.
