Job Title: Key Account Liaison / Sales Administration

Department: Sales Administration

Overview of Job Functions:

Sales Administrator / Key Account Liaison for a Global company delivering the latest advancements in engineering, design, and technology in the DJ, Music Production, Pro Audio, Musical Instrument and Consumer Electronics industries.   Customers include major retailers & music dealers such as Guitar Center, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, Best Buy, and Amazon amongst many others.

Responsibilities includes customer orders, forecast & inventory management, pricing, shipping compliance, label compliance, logistics coordination.

This position will support the Sales Team.

Individual will be responsible to lead & coordinate special projects related to Customer and/or Department for process improvement.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  1. Point of contact for Key Customer Accounts
  2. ERP System Management
  3. Customer Compliance (This includes specific customer shipping & labeling requirements)
  4. Sales Support
  5. Logistics Liaison for Distribution Centers

Job Qualifications:

  1. Account Management Experience
  2. Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
  3. ERP System Experience (SAP preferred not required)
  4. Customer Service Experience
  5. Customer Compliance Experience
